3. Non-Refundable Items


The following items and services are non-refundable:


- Downloaded Materials: If you have downloaded course materials, including videos, PDFs, or other content, a refund will not be issued.

- Partially Completed Courses: If you have accessed and completed a significant portion of the course, a refund may not be provided.

- Promotional or Discounted Purchases: Courses or subscriptions purchased during a promotion or with a discount may be subject to different refund terms, as specified at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
